Hop sediment, yeast, proteins & polyphenols are things we usually remove from beer in the centrifugation process. Not so with this beer. We let this one leave the building in its natural state, which results in a cloudy, hazy, hoppy beer. Brewed similarly to our world-class 2XIPA, but in 2X Unfiltered IPA the dominant hops are Cascade & Centennial. This beer represents a new way to enjoy our hoppy ales: in their natural, unrefined state.
