Low Power to the People

Sunday June 3 from 1-4pm, help community supported and commercial-free, low power radio station, WRFA-LP 107.9FM. We’ll have over 20 musicians here playing songs by the Grateful Dead. Enjoy beers and hotdogs, with all proceeds between 1-4pm going to keep the station localcasting and on the web.

We’re “throwing a bone” to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, playing host to their fundraiser again on Tuesday, June 12. Tickets are available by visiting the Humane Society on Strunk Road, or by calling 665-2209 x 213.

The Sun is rising

The sun is rising, the snow has melted and the blossoms are blooming. Spring is here and that means our summer seasonal has begun to ship.  Hop Sun is back and we’re brewing more of it than ever before. This is not your average wheat beer. Filtered to a golden clarity and dry-hopped to perfection, this is a fantastic session ale with a zesty conclusion. Enjoy Hop Sun all summer long as a perfect balance to your outdoor recreation.

Blackwater Series

As if our Blackwater Series of imperial stouts aren’t flavorful enough on their own, we add special ingredients to put them over the edge. What happens when we run hot wort through a whole lot of coffee beans? You get Jahva Imperial Stout, that’s what. We call it ‘an eye opening experience’ and it is. After all, we don’t use decaffeinated!
